The Parent – Teacher Association is constituted in Mary Matha School. The aim of the association is to help the management in the smooth and efficient running of the school and in planning and executing the developmental and other innovative activities of the school so that it may best achieve the lofty ideals of education at all the levels.

Parents must inform the class teacher about any learning disabilities, health problem, family problem of the child at the very outset of the academic year.Institute arranges Class wise PTA meetings to evaluate the progress of the students.

Parents, teachers, Principal/VP/counsellor and students sit together and evaluate the entire performance of the class and necessary actions will be taken to improve the performance.

Principal/VP/counsellor talks regarding various subjects during the class PTA.
Classs PTA report is maintained.

The parents attendance is taken during class PTA & Common PTA meeting.
Environment, health, public work, civil supplies, child welfare communication, finance, water & Energy home ministry and Discipline along with their Deputies. Students from higher class are selected for the different posts after scrutiny of their academic records, attitude and aptitude, who then stand for elections.
